Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Learning & Development sammeln und die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Weiterbildungsangebote aktiv mitgestalten? In HR entwickeln wir praxisnahe Lernangebote und betreuen unsere digitale Lernplattform Solarcademy, um Mitarbeitende gezielt in ihrer Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte studentische Unterstützung, die Freude an Organisation, digitalen Tools und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern mitbringt.

Deine Aufgaben

Trainingsorganisation

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung interner und externer Trainingsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl von Trainingsanbietern sowie der Erstellung von Angebotsvergleichen

Digitale Lernplattform (Solarcademy)

  • Administration und Qualitätssicherung der Solarcademy, einschließlich Kursanlage, Lernpfaden und Kursstrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Plattform sowie bei der Einführung neuer Funktionen

Lernmedien & Kommunikation

  • Erstellung und zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung von Lernunterlagen, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
  • Organisation von E-Learnings einschließlich begleitender Kommunikation sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Präsentationen

Projektunterstützung

  • Mitarbeit an aktuellen Learning-&-Development-Projekten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernlandschaft
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Wen wir suchen

  • Laufendes Studium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Pädagogik, Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Systemen
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
