Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und Koordination des Gerüstbau-Teams und Korrdination mit dem DC-Team
- Organisation sowie Auf- und Abbau von Gerüsten auf Baustellen
- Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Materialeinsatz und Ladungssicherung
- Unterstützung bei der Baustellenvorbereitung und Dokumentation
- Einarbeitung und Unterweisung neuer Mitarbeitender
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung idealerweise im Gerüstbau
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Gerüstbau oder Bauhandwerk
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
