Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Konzeption, Neugestaltung (Rework) und Steuerung der logischen Datenarchitektur innerhalb der zentralen Databricks-Plattform.
  • Identifikation und Lösung bestehender Pipeline-Probleme sowie die schrittweise Ablösung von fehleranfälligem Custom-Code durch robuste Databricks-Standardfunktionen.
  • Zentrale Verwaltung, Harmonisierung und Dokumentation von Datenmodellen für kritische Use Cases (z.B. S450, ME450, MHP Sirius).
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung der Data Engineers und Data Scientists bei der Implementierung robuster, skalierbarer Pipelines und Datenmodelle.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT und OT zur Definition des Zielbildes für die Datenarchitektur bei Quest One.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung als Data Architect, Analytics Engineer oder Senior Data Engineer mit starkem Fokus auf Databricks-Ökosysteme.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Stabilisierung kritischer Daten-Pipelines.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich an Stakeholder zu kommunizieren.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Mindset, um kritische Themen (z.B. Datenqualität und SLAs für Reports) proaktiv voranzutreiben.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
