Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts across refineries, green steel, utilities, EPCs, and industrial hydrogen sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across industrial players, utilities, EPC contractors, and project developers.
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities, including pilot projects, Power-to-X applications, and early-stage collaborations.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with EPCs to position the company in large-scale project tenders and consortia.
  • Drive the development of long-term commercial agreements and framework partnerships.
  • Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through to contract signature, including consortium-based bids.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Sales on strategic account planning, partner selection, and deal structuring.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, project development, and finance teams to shape bankable project concepts.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within industrial hydrogen, utilities, and EPC ecosystems.
  • Represent the company at industry events and with key external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in key account management, business development, or sales within energy, utilities, EPC, industrial gases, hydrogen, or related sectors.
  • Strong network within refineries, utilities, EPCs, steel, or industrial decarbonization sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value deals, including consortium or EPC-led projects.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure, energy systems, or utility-scale projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex partnerships and multi-party agreements.
