Votre développement

Ce stage de 6 mois a pour objectif d'offrir une compréhension concrète et complète des métiers de l'avant-projet en accompagnant l'identification des projets, depuis la veille et la prospection des opportunités jusqu'à la phase administrative permettant le dépôt des dossiers.

Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) aux équipes projet et participerez activement aux différentes étapes de la prospection et avant-projet.

Vos missions

Encadré(e) par l'Assistante Prospection et avant-projets, vous interviendrez progressivement sur les missions suivantes :

  1. Veille et suivi des opportunités
    • Assurer la veille hebdomadaire des notifications d'AMI (Appels à Manifestation d'Intérêt)
    • Identifier les AMI pertinents au regard de la stratégie de développement
    • Compléter les informations (tableaux de suivi, alertes, priorisation)
  2. Structuration documentaire - AMI
    • Participer à la rédaction et à la mise en page d'un document modèle de réponse aux AMI
    • Standardiser les contenus (présentation, références, méthodologie) et formalisme
  3. Appui administratif et foncier
    • Apporter un appui à la gestion des demandes de relevés de propriété auprès des géomètres
    • Suivre la réception des titres de propriété auprès des services concernés (impôts, MSA)
  4. Support à la prospection des collectivités
    • Apporter un support à la prospection téléphonique des mairies
    • Utiliser et enrichir les documents cadres (cas 3)
    • Réaliser des relances post‑élections
    • Contribuer au reporting des échanges (comptes rendus, suivi CRM ou tableaux)
  5. Support aux documents internes et externes
    • Apporter un appui aux Chargés de Développement Territoriaux (CDT) dans la préparation de présentations à l'attention des mairies, propriétaires, exploitants et autres parties prenantes
    • Contribuer au suivi des documents internes (préparation des comités Gate, compte-rendus, etc.)

Votre profil

Formation

  • Étudiant(e) dans les métiers de l'assistanat (Bac +2/+3) ou équivalent.

Compétences & qualités

  • Intérêt marqué pour les énergies renouvelables et la transition énergétique.
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût pour le travail en équipe.
  • Curiosité, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office ; une première familiarité avec les outils SIG est un plus.
