Are you passionate about electrical systems, troubleshooting, and keeping critical operations running at their best? We are looking for a skilled Plant Electrician (PSI) to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability, safety, and performance of our plant operations.

As a Plant Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of plant electrical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation & control (I&C) equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and driving operational excellence.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, PLC, and instrumentation & control (I&C) equipment.
  • Ensure plant electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • Conduct inspections and identify potential electrical faults or risks before they impact operations.
  • Support plant shutdowns, commissioning activities, and equipment upgrades when required.
  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend practical solutions to improve plant electrical performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety standards and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in industrial plant maintenance, power generation, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, motors, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC and instrumentation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
