Ihre Aufgaben

Bearbeitung und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Service-Aufträge sowie Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentationen und Papiere
Einsatzplanung der Serviceeisätze der ADS-TEC Servicetechniker und externer Dienstleister
Organisation von externen Dienstleistungen und Hilfesystemen bei unseren Kunden
Kundenkommunikation zur Absprache der Serviceeinsätze
Organisation der Ausstattung unserer Servicetechniker
Pflege von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten im Warenwirtschaft- und Ticketsystem

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Erfahrung in der Disposition, Spedition, Service, Ersatzteilmanagement wünschenswert
Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office
Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen, bevorzugt SAP
Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
