Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Dundalk. Reporting directly to our Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, governance and continual improvement of the Alternative Heat - Integrated Management System (AH-IMS).

The successful candidate will drive compliance, process excellence and continual improvement across manufacturing, design, project delivery, procurement and support functions. The role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the AH-IMS, maintaining certification to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards, supporting regulatory and customer compliance requirements and promoting a culture of quality and continual improvement throughout the business.

What You'll be Doing

The role is responsible for leading and continually improving the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS), covering quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements. It involves coaching managers and employees to embed ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements into practical policies, procedures and processes, while ensuring effective document control and compliance with legislation, standards and customer requirements. The role also leads and supports internal, external and certification audits, manages nonconformities and corrective actions, facilitates root-cause analysis, monitors KPIs and trends, and coordinates management reviews. A key focus is driving continual improvement, reducing risks and defects, strengthening operational controls, sharing lessons learned, and promoting a positive culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility and compliance across the organisation.

What You Need to Have

• Proven experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards and their implementation
• Experience in leading audits and managing nonconformities and corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Relevant qualifications in quality management, engineering or a related field
