Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehören
- Objektplanung Gebäude für Leistungsphase 1-5
- Schnittstellenkoordinierung mit weiteren Leistungsbildern (z.B. Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen, Ingenieurbauwerke und Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung, Brandschutz)
- Planung im Bereich des Industrie- und Gewerbebaus zur Erarbeitung von lösungsorientierten Konzepten, u.a. Anlagen im Umgang mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen
- Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Bauherrn im Rahmen einer lösungsorientierten Planung
- Erstellung von Bauantragsunterlagen (Genehmigungsplanung)
- Projektkoordinierung und -kommunikation gegenüber Bauherren und Behörden
- Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien inkl. Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung
- Erstellung von Kostenberechnungen nach DIN 276 und Terminplänen (Grobablaufplan für Bauausführung)
- Zuarbeit für Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Mengenermittlung u. Details)
Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich des Bauingenieurswesen oder Architektur besitzen
- mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, im Idealfall bereits im Industrie- und Gewerbegebiet haben
- fachliches Interesse an einem breiten Aufgabenfeld im kompletten Gewerbe- und Industriebereich (chemische Industrie, Recyclinganlagen, Logistik, Großbatteriespeicher o.ä.) besitzen
- Erfahrungen im direkten Kundenumgang (Planungsbesprechungen, Vorstellung von Lösungskonzepten usw.) vorweisen können
- Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD und Revit oder vergleichbaren Programmen besitzen
- über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office verfügen
- selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten innehaben
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen für Sie selbstverständlich sind
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse besitzen
