Job description
What you would work on
Bank guarantees
- End-to-end ownership of the Group's bank guarantee agenda - issuance, amendments, renewals, cancellations.
- The go-to person for banks, beneficiaries and internal stakeholders on anything guarantee-related.
- Track guarantee facilities, limits and utilization, and manage the collateral behind them.
- Spot smarter ways to structure guarantees and free up cash currently tied up as collateral.
Liquidity and cash forecasting
- Run the Group's daily and weekly liquidity position and propose funding actions.
- Build and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts across multiple entities, feeding into longer-term liquidity planning.
- Own forecast quality - back-test, analyze variances by horizon, and close the gaps you find.
- Execute and monitor intercompany funding and internal liquidity allocation.
- Watch upcoming liquidity needs, including collateral and financing, and flag constraints before they bite.
Banking and funding structure
- Manage and keep improving our banking landscape - account structures, banking partners, mandates, rationalization.
- Analyze bank fees and negotiate better commercial terms.
- Structure and manage credit facilities and overdrafts, from utilization through renewals.
- Handle bank onboarding, KYC and regulatory requests.
Treasury analytics, automation and controls
- Automate forecasting and treasury reporting - take the manual work out of recurring processes.
- Build and maintain treasury controls, procedures and approval frameworks.
- Keep pushing for better processes, reporting and data quality.
The Lead's right hand
- Be the senior point of contact for Group Treasury whenever the Lead is away, with bank signature rights and decision-making authority within defined limits.
- Make time-critical calls on liquidity, collateral, funding and payments independently.
- Prioritize and decide fast, even when the picture isn't complete.
What makes you a great candidate
- You've independently run a daily cash position across multiple legal entities, and made funding, collateral or payment calls without needing to escalate them.
- You're comfortable deciding on incomplete information - and can walk someone through the trade-off you made.
- A solid grip on liquidity and cash management, cash forecasting, banking products and credit facilities.
- A genuinely strong analytical toolkit - advanced Excel as a baseline.
- Hands-on experience with bank guarantees, guarantee facilities and collateral management is a strong plus.
- You communicate clearly and aren't fazed by dealing directly with banks or senior stakeholders.
- Fluent Czech and English.
- You're business-minded, curious and want to keep learning - we're a young team, and we value people who are curious, ambitious and still eager to grow.
What we offer
