Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Bau/Netze suchen wir ab sofort einen Bauleiter (m/w/d) am Standort Herbsleben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitlich Abwicklung und Betreuung von Bauprojekten von der Planungsphase bis zur finalen Übergabe
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Infrastrukturkonzepte für erneuerbare Energieprojekte
  • Detaillierte Projektanalysen zur zeitlichen Planung und Kostenbewertung
  • Erstellen und Verwalten von Verträgen und Einholung notwendiger Genehmigungen
  • Überwachung und Koordinierung aller Vor-Ort-Arbeiten sowie Offsite-Tätigkeiten unter Berücksichtigung von Bau- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Führung und Koordinierung aller beteiligten Firmen und Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller vertraglichen Leistungsanforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Baufortschritts
  • Erstellen von Fortschrittsberichten und Dokumentation des Bauzustands
  • Sicherstellung und Kontrolle der Bauqualität nach festgelegten Standards
  • Aktive Kostenkontrolle inkl. Rechnungsprüfung

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Techniker, Bachelor oder Master im Bauwesen/Baumanagement oder ähnlichem Bereich

  • 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter, Planer, Polier

  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein der Klasse B (selten länger als 1-2 Tage)
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Eigenständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse an technischen Neuerungen und der Implementierung dieser im Unternehmen
  • Hohe Flexibilität
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
