Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort Osnabrück zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektentwickler (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Flächenakquise.

Deine Aufgaben

Kontaktaufnahme und Führung von Akquisitionsgesprächen mit Grundstückseigentümern, vor allem Land- und Forstwirte in Niedersachsen und Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie mit politischen Entscheidungsträgern
Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Eigentümerversammlungen sowie Teilnahme an relevanten Gemeinderatssitzungen
Abwicklung vertraglicher Angelegenheiten zu Standortsicherungen, Nutzungs- und Anwohnerverträgen
Beschaffung von geeignetem Grünland, Forst- und Ackerflächen für Zuwegung, Kabeltrasse, ÜS/UW und Ausgleichsflächen Unterstützung des Teams bei der Entwicklung und Sicherung von Zuwegung und Kabeltrassen
Entwicklung und Darstellung von bedarfs-/nutzungsgerechten Pacht-Modellen

Dein Profil

Studium im Bereich Windenergie, Agrarwissenschaften, Landschaftsplanung, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb im Bereich Erneuerbaren Energien/Windenergie oder Landwirtschaft
Kenntnisse im Bau- und Planungswesen und Kenntnisse kommunaler Verwaltungsstrukturen sowie diesbezüglicher Entscheidungsprozesse
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
Wünschenswerterweise Netzwerk von ersten einschlägigen Kontakten im Raum Niedersachsen und Nordrhein-Westfalen
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
