Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Osnabrück einen Unternehmensjuristen (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Recht der Erneuerbaren Energien.

Deine Aufgaben

Juristische Beratung und Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Bereich der Wind- und Solarenergie sowie juristische Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen des Genehmigungsrechts sowie des (Erneuerbaren-) Energierechts
Erstellung von Schriftsätzen und Stellungnahmen sowie die Prüfung von Genehmigungsanträgen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
Betreiben und Begleiten von Widerspruchs- und verwaltungsgerichtlichen Verfahren, einschließlich der Erstellung von gerichtlichen Schriftsätzen
Erstellung und Prüfung von unternehmensrelevanten Verträgen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Erneuerbaren Energien (z.B. Nutzungsverträge, Power-Purchase-Agreements, Kauf- und Wartungsverträge für Onshore-Windenergie- und Photovoltaikanlagen)
Rechtliche Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen, insbesondere der Vermarktung von Strom
Koordination externer Fachanwälte

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes 2. juristisches Staatsexamen
Fundierte Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Recht, insbesondere im Recht der Erneuerbaren Energien sowie im Bau- und Planungsrecht
Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien
Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
