Operating from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, we specialise in the design, development, fabrication and delivery of innovative, sustainable and fully integrated offsite prefabricated solutions. Our engineered systems are manufactured in Ireland and deployed throughout the UK and Europe, supporting major commercial, industrial and mission-critical sectors.
As one of Europe's leading providers of Offsite Manufacturing solutions, we partner with contractors and developers to deliver high-performance modular MEP systems for mission-critical data centre projects. Our expertise in offsite manufacturing enables us to improve program certainty, reduce on-site activity, enhance quality and accelerate project delivery, and support the continued growth of digital infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
Role Overview
The Subcontract Procurement Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the subcontract procurement process, from subcontractor onboarding and prequalification through to tender administration and pre-award activities. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Offsite, Quantity Surveyors (QS), project teams and internal departments, the role will ensure subcontractor information is accurate, compliant and up to date, tender enquiries are issued and tracked efficiently, and all procurement documentation is maintained in a clear and auditable manner. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting effective subcontractor engagement, procurement planning and the timely delivery of offsite modular MEP solutions for mission-critical data centre projects.
What You'll be Doing
The role will be responsible for coordinating subcontractor onboarding, tender administration and pre-award activities, ensuring all subcontractor information and compliance documentation is accurate, complete and up to date. Key duties include issuing and reviewing prequalification documents, maintaining the approved subcontractor database, monitoring document expiry dates, identifying suitable subcontractors, and liaising with internal departments to secure onboarding approvals. The role will also support the tender process by preparing and issuing tender enquiries, maintaining procurement schedules and trackers, coordinating clarifications and meetings, monitoring tender submissions, preparing tender-return summaries, and ensuring all documentation is properly recorded and auditable. In addition, the role will assist Quantity Surveyors with obtaining revised quotations, compiling tender records, tracking approvals and awards, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
