InterMoor are currently looking to add an Operations Coordinator to their Aberdeen team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Set up hire orders in the rental database so as to produce appropriate dispatch paperwork
  • Formulate proforma invoices, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being shipped internationally for rental
  • Produce cargo summaries; stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being dispatched locally for rental
  • Compile reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections carried out by InterMoor staff.
  • Generate customer on-hire reports and send on a weekly basis so as to show equipment remaining on-hire • Update weekly client spreadsheet stating items on-hire, relevant rig, detailing client owned equipment returned or in storage
  • Stocktaking- Assisting with locating assets during stock audits by means of historical checks on movements of same
  • Liaising with both clients and yard team respectively with regards to current and upcoming hires and hire returns
  • Assisting Operations Manager when needed
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Good operational and technical experience
  • Good knowledge of Mooring equipment
  • Experience with NAVISION
  • Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good level of communication skills both written and verbal
