Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve project management tools that directly impact and drive business decisions related to the project schedule and budget.
  • Support the creation, tracking, updating and reporting of project schedules and progress.
  • Track and coordinate with relevant internal support teams and project analysts to complete monthly project budget reforecasts and update project economics.
  • Provide engineering inputs from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, construction monitoring, and operation monitoring.
  • Review and prepare technical and non-technical reports including specifications, proposals, designs, calculations and contracts.
  • Provide technical tender support, actively liaising with business development and client management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality
  • Lead monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate effective communication and management of internal and external stakeholders,

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business , engineering or related field
  • Minimum 6 years working experience
  • Project management skills and experience in an international, multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge and experience of PV system and energy storage systems design and installation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills which are essential for project work
  • Self- motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic
