What You Will Be Doing
As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, your mission is to identify the brilliant engineers, scientists and builders who will play a pivotal role in realizing the promise of fusion energy for the world. Your contributions are integral to our company's overarching success. In this role, you will spearhead the discovery and evaluation of exceptional candidates, oversee the interview process, extend offers, and cultivate strong and enduring connections with both candidates and hiring managers. Your dedication will be instrumental in shaping our future and the future of clean energy. This role sits in our Everett, WA office and reports to our Talent Acquisition Manager.
You Will
- Own and manage end to end recruiting process for all candidates, from sourcing to evaluation to closing
- Source and engage talent through a variety of channels, with a focus on sourcing specialized talent via non-traditional sourcing methods
- Work with key stakeholders across the organization to build and improve recruiting processes and interviewing capability
- Delivering on hiring goals and elevate Helion’s ability to land top talent with a continued focus on ensuring diversity across all pipelines
Required Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles
- Proven experience hiring at scale in close partnership with senior technical leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
The pay range for this position is $110k-175k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
