The Job

At Omnidian, we are excited for the opportunity to serve even more clients and homeowners across the growing solar sector in the United States. To support this growth, we are seeking a Product Success Manager to lead successful launches of new client partnerships and deliver demonstrable value of our product out of the gate. This role will collaborate across Product, Client Success, Operations, Sales, and our external partners, prioritizing the right set of actions and holding teams accountable for delivering on one of our core values: delighting our clients. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader who is able to build a plan and execute flawlessly, a data-driven decision-maker who knows how to prioritize for client impact, and ultimately a teammate who can influence through respect and trust. The role sits on the Product Team and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing: Project Management
    • Coordinate the execution of projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
    • Maintain a project management system that is usable and understandable
    • Document meeting highlights, key decisions and action items and hold people accountable to delivering on those action items
    • Define and track success metrics for each project and use data (qual and quant) to inform future decisions and make continuous improvements to plans and processes
    • Balance multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously
    • Build a scalable, standardized and repeatable playbook to onboard new client partnerships Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to build and then successfully execute the client launch plan
    • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
    • Bring a strong problem-solving mentality to prioritize and tackle different stakeholder needs

Who You Are

  • You are client-centric and pair that with an understanding of business goals and market dynamics
  • You lead with empathy not ego, and have the ability to internalize stakeholder needs and pain points as you translate them into an actionable plan
  • You have a clear sense of accountability, urgency, and drive. You roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to get your initiatives to completion and thrive in getting things done
  • You are a strong, organized collaborator who can work across teams to deliver projects without clear and explicit direction
  • You are comfortable navigating conflict and enabling teams to make decisions and align on a path forward
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication

Experience You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of project management, program management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience interfacing with clients and executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading large, multi-team projects from start to finish
  • Experience using qual and quant data to drive decisions

Experience That's a Plus

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools

$93,500 - $126,500 a year

Midpoint: $110,000
