We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You’ll be responsible for leading the development of our customer-facing products, working closely with our engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers’ needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct user research and testing to validate product ideas and gather feedback
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future iterations and improvements
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product decisions

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or digital environment
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience conducting user research and testing, with a focus on customer-centric design
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• A passion for building products that make a positive impact on people’s lives
