Starting salary for this opportunity is $56,674.80 to $75,566.40. Additional rewards may include performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Proven experience as a visual/graphic designer

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Competency in Microsoft Office and GSuite products

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in illustration and iconography creation

  • Familiarity with Figma and Webflow

  • Ability to work efficiently on urgent projects

  • A passion for typography and design systems

  • Act as the creative lead, collaborating with copywriters and stakeholders on various projects

  • Continuously seek ways to elevate the brand

  • Partner with UX designers to enhance brand experience

  • Create and refine style guides for multiple internal brands

  • Design and optimize marketing materials for emails, landing pages, and social media

  • Manage image selection and maintain asset library

  • Support the marketing team in standing out in the competitive solar power market

  • Coordinate internal and external creative initiatives

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of visual/graphic design experience

  • Strong portfolio of design work

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
