Skeleton's Commercial department is looking for a driven and experienced Customer Success Manager (m/f/x).
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet their needs.
As the “right hand” of the assigned Sales team members you will oversee a mirrored portfolio of accounts, track performance metrics, and advocate for customers internally to align company offerings with their objectives. The role includes building customer loyalty by resolving issues proactively, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and ensuring data integrity across Sales Operations systems. Collaboration with internal teams is key to driving exceptional customer experience and achieving business outcomes. Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders will ensure transparency and alignment on progress and priorities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Experience in sales (field or office-based).
- Higher education preferably in Business Administration.
- Fluency in English is required.
