A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to develop, implement, and administer programs and processes that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance.
- Utilizes assessments to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired results.
- Aligns talent management strategies, processes, and programs that measure outcomes and aligns teams to organizational goals.
- Establishes cross-functional synergies that provide training and development resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements.
- In addition to general duties, Learning Solutions Partner roles may have a specific specialty focus area such as: Talent Management, Leadership Development, Professional Development, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or related area; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in developing, facilitating, and managing learning and/or talent development programs.
- Experience with Learning and Development technology (authoring tools, multimedia tools, Learning Management Systems).
- Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams to support company initiatives.
