Description de poste
Au sein de la Direction du Développement et rattaché-e au Responsable du Développement International, l’Ingénieur Développement multi-énergies Caraïbe (H/F) intervient sur le développement de projets multi-énergies prioritairement dans les territoires français d’outre-mer de la Caraïbe (Archipel de la Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin), tant en appui technique que pour le développement et la coordination des projets. Les projets concernent la production et le stockage d’électricité (filières thermique biomasse et combustibles solides de récupération, géothermie, hydraulique) et la production de froid.
Le poste, basé en Guadeloupe ou Martinique pourra aussi être concerné par des projets situés dans des territoires non francophones en Caraïbe et en Amérique Latine.
Responsabilités clés
- Assurer la sécurisation du foncier auprès des partenaires publics et privés
- Coordonner le calendrier des projets en lien avec les services de l’Etat, les fournisseurs et les entreprises de services associés (bureaux d’études)
- Maintenir la relation avec les différentes parties prenantes
- Obtenir diverses subventions possibles pour les projets
- Participer à la contractualisation des projets
- Assurer le suivi du budget et la relation contractuelle avec les entreprises
- Participer au suivi technique de réalisation
- Transmettre le retour d’expérience en interne Groupe
- Participer à l’amélioration continue du service (procédure, pratiques, veille)
Ce poste requiert des déplacements fréquents en zone caraïbe.
Profil recherché
De formation généraliste (ingénieur ou universitaire) avec une dominante en énergie, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de 10 ans minimum acquise en développement de projets industriels ou énergie.
Compétences techniques
- Solides connaissances en énergie (centrales de production d’électricité, réseaux de climatisation)
- Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et si possible de l’espagnol.
- Maitrise avancée des outils bureautiques (notamment tableur Excel) et outils de gestion de projets
Savoir-être recherché
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
- Pugnacité
- Capacité à s'adapter à des environnements changeants et à des exigences variées
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, d’argumentation et de négociation
- Aptitude à analyser des défaillances et à proposer des solutions
