Here’s the Gist
We want you to apply your relevant expertise to a challenging work environment where you can make a real difference in the day-to-day operations of a high-tech electronics and semiconductor manufacturing operation. You will be able to solve complex problems with little supervision, allowing you to make decisions on how and when a project is completed.
The Day-to-Day
- Making plumbing repairs such as PVC, Iron pipe, copper etc.
- Replacing bearings in electric motors and fans.
- Replacing V- belts and air filters.
- Replacing pneumatic pumps.
- Using a drain snake to clear a drain.
- Troubleshooting failed equipment such as motors and pumps.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)
- Experience as an industrial mechanic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; write routine reports and correspondence.
- Requires high school diploma, GED, or equilvant
- Ability to work with machinery and moving parts.
- Possess valid US driver’s license to operate motor vehicles.
- Ability to work in confined spaces
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to work in repetitive motions and pressure involving fingers, hands, and wrists
- Standing or walking over hard concrete surface and climb ladders
- Ability to wear fall protection if required
This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations
