Job Description
Fuse Energy is a leading force in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to developing and scaling solar, wind, and energy storage projects worldwide. Our goal is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity, and we are expanding into new international markets to achieve this vision.
The Launcher in Spain will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team. They will have a very strong bias toward action, and feel comfortable generating and handling both outbound and inbound leads. The candidate will support our Business Development team and wider organisation with general project development strategy work, including site identification & origination, outreach to landowners, and feasibility studies in the Spanish market.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Highly structured approach to lead generation and management
- Focus on strategy improvements and process optimisation
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Nice to haves but not deal breakers:
- Previous experience in the energy industry and/or working with landowners in Spain
- Good understanding of Spanish geography
