  • fachliche Steuerung des Entwicklungsteams
  • Abstimmung von Konzeption, Fertigstellungstermin und Herstellkosten bzw. -aufwänden mit dem Auftraggeber (intern/extern)
  • Klärung fachlicher Rückfragen des Teams mit dem Kunden (intern/extern)
  • Beratung von Kunden und Entwicklung von fachlichen Lösungskonzepten
  • Anforderungsmanagement
  • Abstimmung mit anderen POs hinsichtlich Meilensteine und fachlich/technischer Abhängigkeiten
  • Beratung und Coaching anderer POs oder Projektleiter
  • strategische Beratung von Kunden
  • aktive Verbesserung bzw. Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Unterstützung von HR beim Recruiting
  • Deeskalationsinstanz bei kritischen Projekten

Dein Profil

  • mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von agilen Softwareprojekten
  • sehr gutes technisches Verständnis (Softwareentwicklung, Cloud Computing)
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Physik, Medieninformatik, Elektrotechnik usw.
  • ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und -prozessen
  • ausgeprägte Konzeptions- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse in JIRA
  • ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein (inkl. Berücksichtigung von nichtfunktionalen Anforderungen)
  • Methodenkompetenz im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Beratungskompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis (z.B. Business Case erstellen)
  • ausgewiesene Problemlösungskompetenz
  • hybrides Arbeiten mit mindestens 2-3 Tagen pro Woche Büroanwesenheit
  • sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
