Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic FIELD Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers in the Solar Industry. *Canvassing is our primary driver of leads and sales and you must be open to canvassing regardless of education or experience. Other lead generating sources are also encourage.

Ion Solar is also seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to develop into leadership and management roles at a rapid rate, if selected.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities by canvassing
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Door to Door Marketing
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling
  • Analyze sales data to determine opportunities for growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to drive sales strategies
  • Experience in account management and outside sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Pay: $64,362.00 - $250,000.00 per year
