- Řízení atraktivního 5-ti letého projektu, jehož cílem je výzkum a vývoj procesu regenerace použitých baterií z elektromobilů a jejich následného využití jako energetických uložišť
- Aktivní řízení projektu, koordinace aktivit, podpora a motivování členů týmu k efektivnímu výkonu
- Intenzivní komunikace s ZTS výzkum a vývoj a CIIRC ČVUT (Český institut informatiky, robotiky a kybernetiky Českého vysokého učení technického)
- Reportování stavu realizace projektovému týmu a zadavateli, případné řízení změn
- Účast na praktickém testování a zaváděním nových technologií
