Your Role
- Collaboration: Become an integral part of our U.S. based sales team and collaborate closely with our U.S.-based VP Sales, our sales team based in Europe as well as with our internal, cross-functional teams to ensure client success and acceleration of revenues.
- Scope of work: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account management. Develop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure targets are achieved.
- Empowering: Contribute to coaching and skill-sharing among our team in the U.S. and Europe.
- Networking: Identify and participate in industry and networking events while cultivating relationships with new partners.
- Outlook: Drive our expansions in stationary storage battery markets and help lead our growth in electric mobility segments.
Your Skills
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting. Graduate degree in business or engineering sciences and professional experience in startups or tech a huge plus.
- Sales approach: Strategic hunter of prospects at the VP- and C-suite levels.
- Know-how: An understanding of battery systems and/or the energy industry, with professional networks in: battery safety, asset management, electric vehicles, vehicle fleets, utilities, distributed energy resources, and/or marine energy.
- Working style: Analytical outlook and ability to design and implement successful sales strategies for removing barriers to success.
- Personality: Contribution motivated, understanding that when you help the team succeed you are rewarded in kind.
- Skills: Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills with confidence in negotiations. Experience using CRM tools to effectively manage accounts, selling activities, and reporting.
