Aufgaben
- Selbständiges Abhalten von Schulungen / Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen
- Unterstützung Markteinführung von Produkten/Systemen/Verfahren
- Schweissversuche durchführen und im Fronius Intranet dokumentieren
- Mitwirken / Durchführen von Mitbewerbsanalysen und im Fronius Intranet dokumentieren
- Schweisstechnische sowie softwaretechnische Inbetriebnahmen / Systemintegrationen
- E-Mail- und Telefon-Support bei schweisstechnischen Anfragen und Problemen
- Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen System-Konfigurationen (OK-Punkt)
- Mitwirken bei Produktpflege z.B. : Anpassungs- /Weiterentwicklung anstoßen,
- Standards definieren und aufrechterhalten (Nahtstelle zwischen Vertrieb und F&E)
- Mitwirken bei Erstellung von Servicekonzepten wie auch vollständiger und inhaltlich korrekter technische Kundendienstinformationen (KDIF´s)
- Mechanisiertes Schweissen mit Fronius Systemsteuerungen (Standardkomponenten)
- Mitwirken bei Veranstaltungen (Messe, Vorträge)
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Betrieb wie z.B. Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlbau, Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, sowie Handfertigkeit in den Schweissprozessen E-Hand, WIG/MIG/MAG
- Erfahrung in der Schweisstechnik
- Unternehmerisches Denken (Kunden- und Kostenbewusstsein)
- Teamorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Bereitschaft Wissen zu teilen
- Reisebereitschaft, sprich Bereitschaft im definierten Gebiet Kundenbesuche- und -einsätze auszuüben
- Mitwirkung bei Schulungen, Vertriebsmeetings und Messen
- Flexibilität (Arbeitszeit und Aufgabenbearbeitung nach Kundenanforderung gestalten)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
