Our HR organization at Siemens Gamesa has embarked on an exciting journey: we have transformed our entire operational HR set-up globally. We have rolled out Workday as our global HR system and we have implemented a new HR operating model.

We are offering you the chance to join our team in Hamburg as Regional HR Business Partner (f/m/x). This position provides a wide range of general, operational and strategic HR support to Siemens Gamesa's employees and managers. You will be the responsible HR Partner for a dedicated business unit and focal point of contact to provide HR information and perform a wide variety of tasks, queries and topics.

Additionally, you will work closely with several stakeholders within the HR organization, e.g. Local HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Centers of Expertise and 3rd party providers. We continuously improve initiatives to ensure compliance with local strategy, government policies and overall country business objectives.

As Regional HR Business Partner (f/m/x) you will:

  • Coordinate the HR activities in a complex international environment
  • Provide qualified advice on a wide range of standard topics as well as individual solutions in close and trustful cooperation with employees and managers
  • Be a recognized partner in the business and shape proactively relationships with managers and employees across all hierarchical levels
  • Provide expert consultancy in organizational effectiveness and design as well as leadership and employee engagement
  • Participate in the negotiation of company agreements: You check feasibility, adapt processes and inform all stakeholders in an appropriate manner after conclusion
  • Understand the business agenda, commercially, culturally and strategically and help shape the culture and values of the organization and bring these to life within the business going forwards
  • Contribute to the communication strategy towards executives and employees.
  • Take ownership for special topics on a project basis in line with global HR approach
  • Contribute to continuous improvement for HR processes

What You Need to Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...

  • A relevant academic degree and more than 5 years of professional HR working experience, preferably in operational HR or a similar role
  • International HR experience including previous experience of German Workers Councils
  • Experience in international, customer-focused organizations of comparable scale and complexity
  • Experience in leading a team is an advantage
  • Fluent skills in German and English (Speaking and writing)
  • Being “business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in what is happening across broader market trends
  • Problem solving capability with a “can do” attitude and customer service orientation
  • Hands-on experience and technical savviness
  • Someone capable of finding solutions, creating and establishing processes
