How to Contribute to Our Vision

As part of the team leading the Nacelles Projects & Logistics, you will be involved in supporting strategically important topics across Nacelles Operations and all factories globally. Your key tasks will include:

  • Lead the strategic Nacelles initiatives as part of the Masterplan and establish a global productivity program at Nacelles Operations
  • Ramp-up, coordinate and control productivity measure implementation across functions and plants
  • Steer and contribute to other priority projects and special topics by working closely with assigned project teams to drive them towards successful implementation
  • Monitor risks and initiate corrective actions across Nacelles projects incl. timely decisions on open issues and management escalations, if necessary
  • Establish and support Nacelles management team governance incl. meeting cadence, action tracking and decision-making
  • Develop and govern standardized reporting incl. implementation of suitable tools, preparation of convincing presentations, and assist in the preparation of selected high-level meetings, e.g., Senior Leadership Team meetings
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and respond to short-term top management requests

What You Need to Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • 5+ years of professional working experience, ideally in operations management, a management consultancy, strategy department or in similar roles
  • Excellent university degree in Business, Engineering, Natural Science or equivalents that underpins your analytical skills
  • Proven track record in contributing to strategic projects and demonstrated the ability to effectively support colleagues at all levels including top management
  • Your analytical problem-solving skills allow you to tackle complex topics in a structure manner and develop convincing solutions in dynamic environments
  • You are reliable under pressure and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint; PowerBI or PowerApps is an advantage
  • You have excellent English and German skills; Spanish or Danish is an advantage
