Description de poste
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Comptable et Financier, vous aurez comme objectif principal d’assurer la tenue et la gestion de la comptabilité dans le respect des règles comptables françaises et internationales en assurant les missions suivantes :
- Tenir la comptabilité quotidienne : saisie des écritures comptables avec validation pour paiement, révision et lettrage des comptes, suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs
- Gestion, vérification, saisie et règlement des factures fournisseurs, notes de frais des salariés et des salaires
- Suivi des comptes de balance et compte de résultat
- Comptabilisation des comptes bancaires
- Gestion des immobilisations et module de gestion de projets d’investissement sur SAP
- Facturation interne entre les différents départements (Business Unit)
- Préparation des rapports internes en liaison étroite avec les services opérationnels de la société (stock, créances clients, dette fournisseurs…)
- Participation au process de clôture mensuel et reporting financier avec le service consolidation du groupe.
- Emissions de factures de refacturations diverses
- Réconciliations Intercos
Profil
- Issu(e) d’une formation BAC +2/3 en comptabilité ou gestion, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans la comptabilité
- Bon d'anglais exigé / l'espagnol est un plus
- Bonne connaissance des normes juridiques, fiscales et comptables.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office, particulièrement Excel
- Bonne connaissance du logiciel SAP
- Autonomie, réactivité et dynamisme,
