We are seeking a skilled Solar Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Reno residential market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Job Description
- Evaluate and present the benefits of solar energy to potential customers through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through every interaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to stay on track and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and expand solar knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, utilizing technology and resources to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Meet/exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing customer accounts.
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Full-time opportunity with a dynamic working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday preferred).
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred).
