Job Description

You will support our UK entities in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Quality Management, looking at Onshore Wind (operational/construction), Solar PV (operational/ construction).

What you will do

  • You will be responsible Develop and maintain our internal & external audit program.
  • You will take IMS ownership to ensure compliance and continued accreditation with the support of relevant business stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for the company.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines
  • You will be responsible for maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
  • You will be required to prepare performance reports for relevant stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • You will ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards.
  • You will own the management of Non conformances alongside relevant business stakeholders.
  • You will support the facilitation of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance processes.
  • You will provide quality training, enhancing employees understanding of quality systems and processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Knowledge & experience in ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 (internal auditing certificates).
  • Experience in IMS (Integrated Management Systems) maintaining and developing.
  • Proven experience as quality professional (renewables experience desirable).
  • A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence and support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise / manage a diverse workload and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
