Job Description

You will support our UK entities in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Quality Management, looking at Onshore Wind (operational/construction), Solar PV (operational/ construction).

What you will do

You will be responsible Develop and maintain our internal & external audit program.
You will take IMS ownership to ensure compliance and continued accreditation with the support of relevant business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for the company.
You will be responsible for reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines
You will be responsible for maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
You will be required to prepare performance reports for relevant stakeholders
You will collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards.
You will own the management of Non conformances alongside relevant business stakeholders.
You will support the facilitation of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance processes.
You will provide quality training, enhancing employees understanding of quality systems and processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

Knowledge & experience in ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 (internal auditing certificates).
Experience in IMS (Integrated Management Systems) maintaining and developing.
Proven experience as quality professional (renewables experience desirable).
A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
IOSH Managing Safely.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence and support both internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritise / manage a diverse workload and meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent IT skills.
Valid UK driving licence.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
