Description de poste
Rattaché/e directement au Directeur de Transformation IT de Group, vous tenez un rôle opérationnel clé dans la transformation IT grâce à une gestion optimisée des infrastructures et systèmes du Groupe y compris sur les activités industrielles de l’entreprise et à l’international. Vos missions principales sont :
- Développer et maintenir une infrastructure IT Groupe performante, au service de toutes les activités de Groupe (yc les activités industrielles)
- Manager une équipe de 5 personnes
- Être force de proposition et garant de l’exécution de la politique sécurité IT du Groupe
- Assurer le pilotage des projets d’infrastructures, systèmes et de la sécurité IT
- Assurer, piloter la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs (formation, accompagnement, communication,…)
- Être garant de la cartographie des infrastructures IT (flux, IP) du Groupe
- Collaborer avec les services en interne et les métiers pour adapter les solutions aux besoins de l’entreprise
- Proposer et déployer les politiques et règles de gestion sur son périmètre
- Assurer le Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle de niveau 2 et 3 sur l’ensemble de ses activités
- Assurer le transfert de compétences au support IT afin de garantir le Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires externes dans le cadre des projets sous sa responsabilité
- Rédiger les procédures, les documents liés aux projets et les actualiser (de façon à pouvoir déléguer ou externaliser)
- Assurer une veille technologique afin d’anticiper d’éventuels changements ou d’intégrer de nouvelles solutions pour augmenter l’efficacité des systèmes.
Profil recherché
Titulaire d’un BAC + 5 minimum, Ingénieur infrastructure IT avec idéalement une spécialisation ou une expérience cybersécurité, vous justifiez de 10 ans minimum d’expérience opérationnelle en tant qu’ingénieur Infrastructure IT en gestion de projets IT/OT et en gestion d'équipe. Vous avez évolué dans un milieu en croissance et avez une solide connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation, des réseaux, équipements actifs et des protocoles de sécurité.
La maîtrise de l’anglais courant est indispensable (échanges par mails quotidiens et réunions régulières en anglais).
