New Energy Equity is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join our team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing our Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing reporting capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility, develop automated processes, and support company-wide data engagement. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you! This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days in the office each week, with the possibility of additional in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Play an active role in configuring and customizing the company’s Salesforce system.
- Design manual and automated processes for validating, correcting, and maintaining Salesforce data.
- Identify and deploy consistent data presentation, modeling, and reporting.
- Support company data engagement and communicate system changes through product release style notifications.
- Collaborate on creating an accessible data dictionary for company reference, ensure adherence to agreed upon KPI metrics.
- Assist company with accessing and navigating Salesforce, handle administrative tasks, and conduct research, while working on multiple projects.
- Employ effective communication and interpersonal skills in person and online with various team members in changing situations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce
- Interest in Salesforce architecture and administration
- Interest in SQL, Apex, Salesforce Flow, Python, or other automation tools
- Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite Skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Curious about renewable energy, and can take initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to inefficiencies
- Online research capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people in changing situations
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Candidates may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, or aptitude

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity. This range is a good faith estimate based on the position's requirements. Specific compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary depending on factors such as relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position may qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance and Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
