Job Description
En Statkraft Chile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Regulatory Affairs Legal Counsel quien prestará asesoría crítica para nuestras actividades en Chile.
Funciones
- Actúa como asesor/a en derecho inmobiliario, derecho ambiental, contratos, desarrollo de proyectos y operación para las empresas del grupo, además otorga asesoría sobre el riesgo legal y regulatorio para la empresa en general;
- Se relaciona con otras áreas de negocios de la compañía para dar respuesta a solicitudes legales del día a día;
- Construye relaciones positivas y productivas con los clientes internos mediante la comprensión del negocio y la entrega de asesoría de una manera tal, que construya confianza y colaboración;
- Administra abogados externos que manejan asuntos de la compañía;
- Aconseja sobre posibles conflictos con terceros, evalúa proactivamente las oportunidades e implementa estrategias para evitar que algunos temas se transformen en litigios.
- Desarrolla estrategias de mitigación de riesgos para la empresa;
- Una característica clave de este rol será colaborar, tanto interna como externamente, y tener la capacidad de trabajar con todas las áreas de negocio dentro de la empresa y los equipos del proyecto;
- Es posible que se requieran viajes locales e internacionales
Requisitos
- Título abogado (a),
- Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en el ejercicio de la profesión desde la titulación;
- Experiencia en derecho del medio ambiente, contratos, derecho inmobiliario, materias energía, y desarrollo de proyectos.
- Experiencia como abogado/a in-house o en estudios de abogados asesorando en permisos sectoriales, técnicos o de tierras para la construcción y operación de proyectos, o empresas reguladas (sanitarias, energía u otras similares) son deseables
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en estudios de abogados de primer nivel;
- Inglés avanzado es obligatorio;
- Altamente autónomo (a) y colaborativo (a);
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, incluyendo experiencia en la interacción con gerentes, jefatura directa y líderes de otras áreas de la empresa, flexibilidad, tolerancia a la disidencia y apertura al aprendizaje;
- Adherencia a altos estándares de integridad, cumplimiento y conducta profesional;
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones, pensamiento crítico y habilidades para resolver problemas;
- Capacidad para planificar y trabajar con clientes internos y proyectos.
