Descrição do Trabalho
Dentro da Direção de Operações comerciais, reforçar a equipa de Gestão de Faturação, em concreto:
- Business analyst do processo de faturação;
- Elaborar requisitos, antecipar impactos funcionais e acompanhar a sua implementação end-to-end;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria com impacto na experiência do cliente e redução do cost to serve;
- Gerir projetos estratégicos da área, de acordo com o roadmap definido;
- Desenvolver análises para suportar decisões estratégicas, impulsionando a tomada de decisão e insights, tanto qualitativos como quantitativos;
- Desenvolvimento de alarmísticas para identificação de desvios no cumprimento de procedimentos e SLAs;
- Reporting, garantindo a melhoria contínua da informação operacional e como suporte ao controlo de iniciativas.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia, Gestão / Economia ou Ciências (Matemática, Estatística, Dados)
- Dominio de Portugues, Espanhol e Ingles
- Domínio de aplicações para poder realizar análise de dados;
- Domínio da linguagem de acesso a base de dados: SQL;
- Conhecimentos profundos de PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Metodologias Agile, Scrum e Kanban;
- Software Jira
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções similares, em contexto do cliente final energético, de equivalente dimensão, ou como prestador de serviço, de backoffice, tecnológico ou de sistemas dentro das áreas de Operações
- Valoriza-se experiências semelhantes no setor energético de empresas de equivalente dimensão ou, em alternativa, áreas de atuação de dimensão e complexidade equivalentes (Banca, Seguros, Telecomunicações).
- Experiência internacional, artigos de investigação, soft skills de gestão do tempo, eficiência, lean management, gestão de conflitos.
- Espírito de iniciativa, melhoria contínua, trabalho em equipa.
