Job Description
- Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm
- Ensure cranes are available and scheduled efficiently to meet project timelines
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment
- Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues
- Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates
- Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency
Your Profile
- Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction
- Experience in wind farm operations is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in project planning tools and software
- Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary
- Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
- Fluent in English
