Du sorgst zusammen im Team für eine reibungslose Abarbeitung unserer Prozesse zur Abrechnung von Haushalts- und Gewerbekunden, gemäß der GPKE/GeLi Gas. Du bearbeitest und überwachst Teile der automatisierten Abrechnungsprozesse und hilfst einen automatisierten Prozessablauf im Abrechnungssystem zu sichern. Als Ansprechperson für Unternehmen, die am Prozess beteiligt sind, klärst du die Einhaltung der marktspezifischen Regeln. Du arbeitest eng mit Schnittstellen, z.B. dem Kundenservice und dem Vertrieb und zusammen.

In der Abteilung „Energiewirtschaftliche Dienste“ sind wir verantwortlich für den Kundenlebenszyklus (von der An- bis zur Abmeldung) der Strom- und Gaskunden in Deutschland. Über 60 Kolleg:innen arbeiten mit großer Expertise in ihren Fachbereichen zusammen. Die verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereiche ermöglichen dabei einen guten Einblick in die verschiedenen Felder der energiewirtschaftlichen und kaufmännischen Prozesse. Durch den fortschreitenden Wandel in der Energiewirtschaft gibt es immer wieder neue spannende Herausforderungen.Wir haben hier offene Türen und Duz-Kultur. Es gibt einen lebendigen Austausch über die Standorte hinweg – sowohl beruflich als auch bei Events wie Grillabenden und Mitarbeitendentreffen. Deine Qualifikationen

kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, zum Beispiel im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft (auch Studienabbrecher:innen)
wünschenswert ist eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise in der Marktkommunikation
sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
Offenheit für Digitalisierung von Prozessen
professioneller Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten wie Excel, Word und Outlook
