Job Description

Assemble, install, test mechanical assemblies, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Must be able to read and interpret drawing.
Inspect systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
Must be able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
Grinding and finishing completed products
Instrumentation
Assist in development of manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes.
Record quality data.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirement

6 – 8 years of experience in Technician Prototype build / product development
Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrated ability to use small hand and power tools
Hands on using heavy duty hand grinder, die grinder
Excellent hand and eye coordination is needed.
Complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
Must be flexible with changing shift or work schedule and travel
High School graduate or GED equivalent, demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication.
Minimum eight years’ experience.
Good Attendance, Initiative, responsible follow through and a willingness to help.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator.
Computer skills, minimum Microsoft office skill preferred.
