Description de poste
Sous l’autorité du Responsable Maintenance, le technicien en instrumentation applique les techniques d'entretien préventif, correctifs, diagnostique les systèmes électriques, électroniques et d'instrumentation, installe, répare, modifie, calibre, ajuste et entretien différents types d'équipements électroniques, électriques, et des équipements d'instrumentation mécanique, pneumatique, hydraulique de l'usine.
Responsabilités
- Procéder au diagnostic d’équipements de production, procédés de traitement, bâtiment, services;
- Procéder au diagnostic d’équipement de puissance (variateurs, moteurs, etc…) et d’instrumentation dans les différents secteurs de l'usine;
- Procéder au diagnostic d’équipement d’automatisation (PLC, contrôleurs, robots, réseau de communication, etc…)
- Résoudre et réparer les équipements en situation de panne afin de s’assurer que les objectifs de production soient atteints;
- Effectuer les tâches d’entretien préventives du secteur;
- Coaching des électromécaniciens agissant comme premiers répondants afin d’élever le niveau de compétence du département;
- Procéder à l’entretien et à la réparation mécanique, électrique, pneumatique et hydraulique des équipements de l’usine;
- Effectuer les analyses de pannes et suggérer des mesures pour améliorer l’efficacité du processus;
- Création d’entretiens préventifs dans le logiciel de GMAO et coordonner ceux-ci;
- Mise en place d’entretiens prédictifs et d’entretien basé sur la condition des équipements;

- Réalisation/participation à des projets.
Profil recherché
- Un bon jugement et des comportements sécuritaires en tout temps
- Intérêt pour le processus de fabrication de granules
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Formation collégiale dans un domaine relié (instrumentation & contrôle, électronique industrielle, etc.);
- Compréhension des notions mécaniques;
- Axé sur la santé et la sécurité;
- Lecture de plans;
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants;
- Excellentes habiletés en résolution de problèmes et esprit analytique;
- Horaire de jour
- Poste temps plein, permanent;
- Assurances collectives après 3 mois;
