Job Description

We are New Energy Nexus! Committed to the creation and support of ecosystems in energy and related fields, by linking governments, industries, technology companies, investment institutions, and international partners to build an organic and sustainable industrial development system.

How We Operate

  • Launch – Inspire new business ideas and form new startup teams.
  • Accelerate - Train startup teams and connect them to the right partners locally and globally.
  • Engage - Bring together the ecosystems to remove barriers and scale internationally.
  • Scale - Help startups test, pilot and scale their technologies, products, and services in multiple markets.
  • Fund - Provide innovative early-stage funding for promising startups from global funders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the research, analysis, and management of green innovation programs (e.g., China’s Enterprises Overseas Decarbonization Pilot Program, Green Inclusive Finance Pilot Program). This includes but is not limited to industry research, market demand analysis, stakeholder interviews (clean energy enterprises, financial institutions, research organizations, local governments, SMEs, etc.), innovation program design, and event planning.
  • Identify application scenarios for innovative clean energy products and match them with suitable technological solutions to facilitate resource integration and business matchmaking.
  • Develop program timelines, coordinate partner resources, and oversee project progress to ensure efficient implementation and iteration of program strategies.
  • Identify key highlights within pilot programs and lead promotional efforts, including both online and offline communication, to expand the program's visibility and impact.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred backgrounds include energy, environment, chemistry, electrical engineering, finance, economics, statistics, and mathematics.
  2. Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in project management, policy analysis, industry consulting, product planning, or data analysis in the clean energy sector.
  3. Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong project and time management skills, capable of independently breaking down tasks and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Strong data acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to process and extract insights from data.
  • Excellent writing skills for business planning documents and project content summaries.
  • Global perspective with strong Mandarin & English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Feishu (Lark).
  • Experience in event management and social media operations is a plus.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with no record of misconduct.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Service-oriented mindset, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently with high professional ethics.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, innovative, and detail-oriented.
