Job Description

Required Responsibilities
- Act as a safety partner by intervening when unsafe acts are practiced. always Promote/demonstrate safe behavior and practices. Assist Site and QSE management in determining RCAs and corrective actions for investigations.
- Complete all safety training assigned. Act as a resource for junior technicians when questions arise.
- Utilize all PPE as required by Work Instructions and QSE Manual. Provide input regarding any discrepancies found in Work Instructions or PPE sheets.
- Support continuous improvement activities to include development of best practices
- Build and maintain effective internal partnerships. May refer complex issues or customer inquiries to higher level technical staff or manager (always demonstrate good customer focus, improving their satisfaction and loyalty
- Fully navigate and input all required data through MyTime and MyTask and the different cost allocations (i in height, to access work area
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs. in weight
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, look up/down, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend
- Ability to constantly grip and manually manipulate, often with repetitive motion, items such as, but not limited to, hand tools and turbine parts
- Able to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions
- Comfort working remotely in a Turbine as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction
- Your total weight, while wearing all required PPE and gear, should be at or less than the 300.0 lbs. weight limit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other software programs
- Regular & reliable attendance
- Valid Driver's License
