Job Description
LGCY Power is seeking a Sales Experience Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

- Stay up-to-date on company products and services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
