Ihre Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen unser After-Sales-Team bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und sorgen für eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Installateuren, Solarwatt-Partnern und Endkunden
Sie pflegen Anfragen im CRM-System, priorisieren diese und leiten sie strukturiert an interne Fachabteilungen oder Zulieferer weiter
Sie helfen bei der Installation und Administration unseres Energy Managers sowie bei der telefonischen Inbetriebnahme unserer Geräte
Sie beraten unsere Kunden auch zu Zusatzleistungen wie dem Komplettschutz oder unserem Empfehlungsprogramm

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich (3–3,5 Jahre - zum Beispiel Industriekaufleute, Kaufleute für Büromanagement, Hotelkaufleute, Informationselektroniker, Technischer Systemplaner)
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice / Customer Support
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und solide Englischkenntnisse (B1)
Technisches Verständnis, Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
