Deine Aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter*innen bei allen personaladministrativen Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycles
  • Übernahme aller Aufgaben im Rahmen der Personaladministration vom On- bis zum Offboarding
  • Verantwortung für die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, inkl. Prozesssteuerung/ -optimierung/ -dokumentation der im Verantwortungsbereich liegenden Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Mitarbeitendenzufriedenheit
  • Übernahme der Datenpflege in (HR-)Systemen, z.B. Personio, Jira etc.
  • Organisation und Verantwortung für eigene HR-Themen
  • Korrespondenz mit externen Stellen bezüglich personalrelevanter Angelegenheiten
  • Teilnahme an Audits im Rahmen der DIN-Zertifizierung

Dein Profil

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Personalfachkauffrau/-mann IHK oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fachlich vergleichbaren, praxiserprobten Kenntnissen
  • mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrungen im Personalwesen
  • gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht wünschenswert
  • hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Gespür für Menschen sowie Leidenschaft für die Umsetzung von personalrelevanten Themen
  • sicheres Auftreten und hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office und Google-Onlinediensten
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Systemen wie Personio, Leapsome oder Atlassian/Confluence
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • hybrides Arbeiten mit mindestens 2 Tagen Büropräsenz pro Woche
