Kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Security in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung und dem Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten der IT-Abteilung mit Fokus auf Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit
Evaluation und Proof-of-Concept von neuen Technologien und Trends im IT-Sicherheitsumfeld
Erarbeitung von Risiko-Analysen und Schutzbedarfsanalysen eingesetzter IT-Systeme und Services
Durchführung von Security Awareness Maßnahmen & Trainings sowie Beratungen und Schulungen der Belegschaft zu IT-Sicherheitsthemen
Begleitung sowie auch Durchführung von internen Sicherheitsaudits und PEN-Tests
Reporting gegenüber der IT-Leitung
Analyse und Nachbearbeitung von IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der Systemadministration und Anwendungsentwicklung zur Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheit

Ihr berufliches Know-how

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der IT, Studium der Informatik (bspw. IT-Sicherheit) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Security
Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen IT-Disziplinen (bspw. Clients, Server, Netzwerkarchitekturen, Firewalls, Endpoint- & Cloud-Services, Identity und Access-Management) sowie der IT-Security (bspw. XDR, EDR, Schwachstellenmanagement, SIEM)
Gute Kenntnisse über die Umsetzung gängiger Informationssicherheitsstandards wie bspw. ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz
Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CompTIA etc. von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Allgemeines Verständnis von Microservice Architekturen insbesondere AWS und Azure
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte und Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
Analytisches Denken und strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise
Großes Interesse an neuen Technologien und Lösungen in der IT-Security
