Das erwartet Dich

Als Bauleiter (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Photovoltaik-Dachanlagenprojekte. Du koordinierst den gesamten Bauablauf und stellst sicher, dass alle Baumaßnahmen fachgerecht und termingerecht durchgeführt werden. Dein Fokus liegt auf der nahtlosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Gewerken, der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und der Qualitätssicherung.

Deine Aufgaben

Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
Bauleitung aller Gewerke sowie Abstimmung mit Behörden und Fachingenieuren
Sicherung unserer Qualitätsanforderungen und Planvorgaben
Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme
Betreuung der Projekte während des Gewährleistungszeitraums

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Elektroingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einer elektrotechnischen Ausrichtung
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise von Photovoltaikanlagen
Erfahrungen mit elektrischen Installationen, allgemeinen PV-Installationen und insbesondere in der Datentechnik
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, VOB, Ausführungsplanung, Vertragswesen und Bauausführung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit im Multiprojektmanagement
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
